Terms of service

These terms govern manufacturing orders placed with Lamonte ("we", "us"). By requesting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to work under them. Specific commercial terms - prices, quantities, lead times, incoterms - are confirmed per order in writing (including WhatsApp) and take precedence over this page where they differ.

1. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are based on the fabric, trims, quantities, and specifications discussed at the time of quoting; material changes to any of these re-open the price.

2. Samples and approval

Bulk production begins only after you approve a pre-production sample in writing. The approved sample, together with the agreed tech pack or written specifications, defines the quality standard for the order. Sampling fees and included revision rounds are agreed before sampling starts.

4. Production and lead time

Lead times are quoted per order and start from sample approval and deposit receipt, whichever is later. We report production progress with photos at cutting, sewing, and packing stages. Industry-standard quantity tolerance is ±3% per style/colour, settled at the unit price in the final invoice.

5. Shipping and risk

Orders ship under the incoterm agreed per order (typically FOB Indonesian port or CIF destination port). Risk transfers according to that incoterm. Import duties, taxes, and destination-side compliance are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise; see also our returns & claims policy.

6. Intellectual property

Designs, artwork, tech packs, and brand labels you supply remain yours. We do not resell, reuse, or disclose them, and we do not produce your designs for other buyers. Patterns we develop for your order are released for your use once the order is paid in full.

7. Liability

Our liability on any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or brand damage. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
