What we make
Lamonte is an OEM/ODM apparel manufacturing partner based in Indonesia. Our production floor runs four core categories: kidswear, school, corporate and hospitality uniforms,modest wear (abaya, jubah, and modest kidswear), and private label fashion for brands that own their designs.
We deliberately do not make everything. Technical outerwear, footwear, and heavy denim are not on our floor - and we will say so when asked. Factories do their best work inside the categories they run every day.
How we work
Most of our buyers never visit the factory. The working relationship runs over WhatsApp: reference photos or tech packs in, fabric options and quotations back, samples couriered, production photos at every stage, and export documents before the shipment leaves port. Everything in one written thread.
- Sampling - pattern making in-house, with agreed revision rounds before bulk.
- Production - typical bulk lead time of 45–60 days depending on category and quantity.
- Quality - inline checks during sewing plus final AQL inspection before packing.
- Export - we ship FOB or CIF with full documentation to all eight regions we serve.
Where we ship
Rather than one generic site, we maintain a dedicated site for each market we serve, with MOQs, lead times, and category focus for that region: Australia, Europe,Japan, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia,Singapore, UAE, and USA.
