When you contact us - usually via WhatsApp - we receive whatever you choose to share: your name, country, company, and details about your order. We use it to respond, prepare quotations, and manage production. Order history is kept for as long as we work together and as required for tax and export records.

This site uses analytics and advertising tags that set cookies and collect usage data:
- Meta Pixel - measures visits and conversions from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads.
- Google Ads tag - measures conversions from Google ads.
These tools receive standard technical data such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information. Their processing is governed by Meta's and Google's own privacy policies. You can limit this through your browser's cookie controls or ad-preference settings on those platforms.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your contact details to anyone.
- We do not share buyer designs, tech packs, or order details with other buyers.
- We do not send marketing broadcasts to buyers who have only requested a quotation.
Our primary contact channel is WhatsApp, operated by Meta. Messages you send us there are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. We keep conversation threads as our record of specifications and approvals for your orders.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to correct or delete the contact information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep for completed orders (invoices, export documents). Contact the team viaWhatsApp and we will handle it in the same thread.
